Make an individual weather plan
Climate varies within countries. Health, age, coat and the actual conditions matter more than a simple climate suitability score.
Heat & humidity
Plan cooler outing times, shade and water. Flat-faced and thick-coated dogs, puppies and older dogs can need extra care. Ask an appropriate professional about individual limits.
Cold & snow
Small, thin-coated, young and older dogs may need more protection and adjusted outings. Provide a warm indoor rest space and watch comfort rather than assuming a breed is weather-proof.
